Thirty-three .bmp Patterns, or Textures, what you will. These are .bmp for easy conversion for any program that supports something similar to textures/patterns. Most programs use .BMP and .JPG format anyways.

PAINT SHOP PRO 7 ---->
download and unzip to either the patterns folder or textures folder. For me, it's C:\Program Files\Jasc Software Inc\Paint Shop Pro 7\patterns or C:\Program Files\Jasc Software Inc\Paint Shop Pro 7\textures

PAINT SHOP PRO 8+ ---->
download and unzip to either the My PSP8 Files Patterns\Textures folder. For me, it's My Documents\My PSP8 Files\Patterns or My Documents\My PSP8 Files\Textures

GIMP 2.0+ ---->
download and unzip. Open the .bmp files in GIMP. Save as .pat GIMP patterns to GIMP's shared patterns folder. For me, it's C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\share\gimp\2.0\patterns

FOR PIXIA AND A/PIXIA ---->
download and unzip to Pixia's textures folder. For me, its C:\Program Files\Apixia\texture for A/Pixia and C:\Program Files\Seagrand\Pixia\texture for Pixia 3.3. You can also extract them to the Partsbox folder, but it's better to put them into texture.
